288 Vin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 288 Vin ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the member") who accesses or uses the 288 Vin website at 288vin.biz or any associated mobile interface.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any feature of 288 Vin, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 288 Vin.

288 Vin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

To register and maintain an account at 288 Vin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 288 Vin does not permit any person under 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be registering for personal use only. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties or as part of a commercial arrangement are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing account at 288 Vin. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one registered account. Holding multiple accounts under any name, address, device or payment method is a violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in gambling or online gaming in their jurisdiction should not register.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When you register at 288 Vin, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number and to set a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 288 Vin will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

Account Security

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 288 Vin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 288 Vin recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a unique password not used on any other platform.
• Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified 288 Vin of a security breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

Account Verification (KYC)

288 Vin is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.

All deposits at 288 Vin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. 288 Vin accepts the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank account)
• SadaPay (digital bank account)
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer — all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing costs.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your account balance.
• 288 Vin does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 288 Vin's control.

Withdrawals at 288 Vin are processed in PKR and sent to a payment method held in the account holder's name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed in under 7 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed in under 10 minutes.
• 288 Vin does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet are outside 288 Vin's control.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

288 Vin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements). These specify how many times the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before the funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirement will be removed from the account balance without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino table games, and slots may have different contribution percentages. The specific contribution rates for each offer are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• The welcome bonus at 288 Vin is available to new members only. It may be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 288 Vin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or remove it from a player's account if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; making low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements while hedging losses; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers; and any other behaviour that exploits 288 Vin's promotional offers in bad faith. Players found to have abused bonuses will have all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts closed.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket bets placed at 288 Vin:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — selection, stake, odds — before confirming. 288 Vin cannot reverse a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of 288 Vin will be voided and the stake returned. 288 Vin will make reasonable efforts to identify such errors promptly.
• In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. 288 Vin's in-play markets may be suspended at any time if data integrity cannot be confirmed. Any bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance as soon as the relevant market is officially settled by 288 Vin following event completion.
• 288 Vin reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match fixing, insider information, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of an event.

Casino games, slots, crash games, and poker at 288 Vin are governed by both these Terms and the specific rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• All casino games at 288 Vin use certified random number generators (RNG) or provably fair cryptographic systems. Outcomes are not influenced by the platform, player history, or any external factors.
• Game malfunctions void all plays and pays for the affected round. In the event of a technical error during a live casino session, the affected round will be reviewed and — where the outcome cannot be verified — voided with stakes returned.
• Crash game cash-outs are registered at the moment the button is activated. 288 Vin is not responsible for cash-outs that could not be registered due to your internet connection or device performance.
• Poker at 288 Vin is player-versus-player in cash games and tournaments. The use of prohibited software, card counting tools, collusion or any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288 Vin platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening more than one account under any name, address, device, IP address or payment method.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that gives an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or odds inconsistencies in bad faith.
• Money laundering — depositing funds for the purpose of moving them through the platform rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false or misleading identity, payment, or contact information to 288 Vin.
• Attempting to hack, probe or exploit any technical vulnerability in the 288 Vin platform.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 288 Vin staff or other players.
• Using the platform to facilitate any transaction related to illegal activity.

288 Vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion where:

• There is a breach of any section of these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or attempts to exploit the platform.
• KYC or identity verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• An account shows signs of activity inconsistent with legitimate personal gambling (e.g. unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, systematic bonus exploitation).
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings derived from a violation will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of the original payment method.

You may also close your own 288 Vin account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect on the betting and gaming sections of the platform.

288 Vin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered members and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods — Take a break from 288 Vin for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 months) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from 288 Vin. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

288 Vin also operates an internal responsible gaming monitoring system that identifies accounts displaying patterns associated with problem gambling. In such cases, the 288 Vin support team may proactively reach out to the account holder.

288 Vin collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary: 288 Vin collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell player data to third parties. Payment processing partners receive only the minimum data required to process your transaction. Full details of how your data is used, stored and can be deleted are available in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the 288 Vin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and the 288 Vin brand name — is the property of 288 Vin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 288 Vin platform without prior written permission.
• You may not use the 288 Vin name, logo or branding in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement without written authorisation.
• Game content from third-party providers (e.g. Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Evolution) is licensed to 288 Vin and remains the intellectual property of the respective provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288 Vin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 288 Vin is not liable for any loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• 288 Vin is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• 288 Vin is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Gambling involves financial risk. 288 Vin is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity conducted through the platform.

288 Vin may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where a change is material, 288 Vin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members in advance via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 288 Vin following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the updated Terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under 288 Vin's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 288 Vin, the following process applies:

• In the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to the 288 Vin support team at support@288vin.biz. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, the dispute will be referred to 288 Vin's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
• All disputes related to in-play betting outcomes, game results, or bonus calculations will be reviewed using official data sources and the platform's internal records, which are considered authoritative in the absence of independent evidence to the contrary.
